9x exceeding KPI target

The Who & What: 

Julie’s is a Malaysian biscuit brand that is widely known across many countries for its wafers, peanut butter biscuits and sandwiches. It was one of our proudest moments when we landed Julie’s as our client and were given the opportunity to help Julie’s in representing the local brand!

We provide Julie’s a variety of services in the digital marketing realm. Aside from the digital marketing services on Media Planning, Creative Support, Optimisation and Reporting, Julie’s also sought Media Buying from Kredence Creative Solutions (KCS).

We have done digital media buy for awareness and consideration phases, and mainly activated campaign-specific media buy activities such as for Raya 2022 and Buy & Win campaigns. 


Out of the 8 campaigns activated for Raya 2022 across 4 channels, all campaigns (except one that fell short of target) have exceeded the target KPIs by 2x, 4x and 9x. We have even bigger results coming up with upcoming campaigns!

The success from the Raya campaigns run by both KCS and Julie’s have reached positive returns, and we’re moving on to the next big campaign with Julie’s!
